I went blonde for well over 15 years and I am naturally a dark brunette. Ughh...looking back I can not believe what I put my hair through. Took me years and years. Got expensive keratin treatments and did same...no more heat for a long time. Now I battle the gray and I do color myself but I buy quality salon color...still cheaper than having someone do it. I am always looking for good products to keep it healthy so I will look into some of these. I try and only style with heat maybe once a week now and usually let it air dry. Oh the ups and downs of aging for women...haha. All great tips!!
