Back in the day, it was a big deal if an American politician got caught plagiarizing, and they were publicly shamed for it. Nowadays, GOP politicians can continually and brazenly lie to the public and foment violent insurrections against our republic without facing almost any real consequences. That's the joke! :)

The reason why Biden is often referred to in comedy is because he has always been a joke. Just watch mr potato for brains try and speak. He has a long history of telling lies if you research it going back decades. Since Harris has recently been caught in a number of lies, stealing stories from MLK for example, they make a good team.
