I have this woc and it pops open on its own. All I have is a small hand sanitizer my iPhone my house keys car keys a lipstick contact drops and some cards and cash. Does yours do this?

No my WOC doesn't pop open. Try placing the items in a different way and see if that helps.

i have the same one! im so nervous about the chips. how are you spraying it? at arms length on the entire bag? what about the chips? if i spray it and something happens, do you know if ysl would still take it in even though its been altered? thank you!

No didn't spray inside because the inside is a fabric, however according to the bottle you can. If the inside of your bag is leather or suede then def spray it.

Not Christina, but I have the exact same bag (bought April 2018) in the same color and hardware. Mine chipped all along the corners within 2 weeks, despite very very delicate handling. I was livid! I took it into the YSL store and they told me that it's just how the bag wears. >:(
