It took me a long time to film this home tour video in parts… I couldn’t cover all the details but maybe in the future I might do like a detailed walk through for each area of my home. I did not cover the costs and expenses because my situation and requirements will be different from yours. So this is just a video for you to see what I’ve done at my new 5 room hdb home.

Very nice and lovely new home compared to previous, it feels minimal and very cosy too :) About the dish drying rack above sink, I thought it was only me that water wl flow down my arm due to my height, cox in the past when I was younger at my grandparents house, the water wl always flow down my arm whenever I try to reach up to put the washed dishes. Thats why I don't install any dish drying rack above the sink in my previous home n new home, now I know it's not just me, thank you for sharing :)

hi, am thinking to get the smart toilet bowl via tb (brand is toto but model not available in SG) as well but my contractor is not very confident to change them. do you have any one to recommend that can do a good job in installing the smart toilet bowl from CN? thanks! also for the toilet floor, is there any other low maintenance reno idea? dont like the grout line as they tend to look very dirty after some time...

I have read very bad reviews (google reviews and hwz) about TCL's after sales service. Granted the TV is good when it works but when it fails, there are quite a few who said TCL support is very slow to reply and repair can take weeks, making it pretty much a nightmare. Hope this doesn't happen to your new TV.

@@kac0809 it smell because the airflow is bad. Now you may have a bad facing or blockage of wind. Bad fengshui if air is not flowing. If it's a conscious decision restrict that flow, I have nothing to say. 🤭 Nice house nevertheless.
