About the AC, the car can be a Tropical Climate Zone - Spec vehicle. I own a Golf MK3 with Tropical Zone and a MK6 with Moderate Hot Zone Specs and you can easily tell the difference. Normally they Install a bigger and more powerful unit into the Tropical Zone cars to cope with the extreme hot weather situations. Maybe that's why you feel it more cold than normal in Germany, which is a Moderate Hot Zone Country according to VW.

I have a 2016 VW Caddy for work and you only can start with the clatch pressed, I don't know if every now car has this.

Change the socket on the e codes to a w5w bulb, more easier to find than that bulb, and the low beam has to stay on with the high beam

I want to get a spoiler for my mk3 but i have the same problem as you. Is double sided tape strong enough to hold the spoiler on there (even in rain)?

I'm putting an ABA in my car fairly soon with a turbo, gonna put AC in when I do. My car has almost no options, but my parts car has AC that worked perfectly so I have everything I need. I'm tired of sweating in my car with both windows down lol

Yesterday before doing this I tested only disconnected the plug from single headlight and connect it to the new bifocal... Not working, all mixed... The wiring connections must be different? The plug is the same. Any hints?

All euro cars with manual transmission can be started while not in gear, and the clutch must not be in to start :) Didn't know that there was a difference on US cars and euro cars.

@Jayme Fortune I have mixed feelings, but with single chamber ones you can go yellow H4+yellow bulbs, and thats cake for me... I had yellow lights on my GTi and Yellow bulbs on my buddies Vento front, and the H4s look 100 times better...
