Yes he doesn't check his livestock enough. A good portion of hens and cattle are very low productive so he's just wasting food on them

You should think about downloading the "Place Anywhere" and "Terraform Anywhere" mods so that you can build you Tailor Shop up by the existing spinnery. Would make sense to have those businesses close to each other and the Terraform Anywhere mod is useful in many situations.

Given that the TLX is currently the best pickup available on modhub (for console anyway) I'd say you made a great purchase. Either you're a decent actor, or you're not all sure what you got. I'll tell you a couple features and you can fiddle around to figure out what ya gotta do to make it work. 1- cab lights are the market lights (ICC lights here in the states) across the top of your cab, above your windscreen. 2- the strobe bar on the cab will slide forward/backward. 3- the LED light bar can be adjusted up/down . 4- the rear work lights can be adjusted. 5- ride height of the front can be adjusted. With the grass dag it always says it’s ready to harvest even 1 month after you’ve mowed it so u could’ve fertilised it. From when I mow it I usually give it three months to grow that way u get alot of grass. It looks like you’ve given it 2 months to grow :)

hi...... was just wanting to let u know the the TLX 2020 has so many options... the trailer hitch is able to low for low trailers, the front suspension u can rase and also u need to have dually wheels to haul loaded trailers and when to back of the truck has a load on it!!!!! 82 has a video on the truck on his channel!

When your ready to purchase a new field for the grapes, consider one that is close to the processing plant. Because you bought the in game one, you wont be able to use it till you start grape harvest again. BTW, been watching since the beginning and always look forward to the next episode.

If you configure your pallets in the trailer properly, you'll have an easier time loading it, and you'll be able to get a larger, more balanced load on it. You had the right idea, last time you loaded butter.

If you aren’t ready to upgrade the trailer, you can adjust the ride height on the truck through the vehicle controls. I’d also recommend going back and getting dual rear wheels for greater load capacity.

The best time to cut grass is the month after it is first ready to harvest. You can tell this by walking into the field if the grass bends as you walk over it, that is the best time to harvest if it doesn't bend your yield will be decreased by 50%.

I'm following about 4 months back in your series on FS22. I have to try and convince you that borrowing money is not cheating, nor is it inefficient, nor costly. You have to understand how commercial finance works. If, given a sensible plan, you can spend 200,000 on some fields and equipment that will make you 100,000 a year in revenue, then the loan interest is only going to be 30% of that. 30% is HUGE! But it's better than 0% or 0%. Paying 30% of 100,000 in interest each year still means you are gross profiting 70K you otherwise wouldn't have. Borrow the hell out of it. It makes money faster. Just pay back everything you have so you have very little cash in hand. Cash in hand is just convenience. If you have cash, give it to the bank. Then borrow what you need to sustin. You will be surprised how quickly the loan is paid back... rinse/repeat or just maintain a sensible loan balance/interest over revenue balance.

In other games, like City Skylines I have tested this. It is always much faster to take out the maximum loan everytime. You put that money into expansion and generating more revenue. So your total revenue over time is much, much higher and from much, much earlier.

Running debt like this ONLY EVER fails if your farm drops it's output significantly. This occurs in the real world all the time and companies and farms fold. But 90% of those factors do not exist in the game.

Many a business plan is full of holes and open to far too much risk and the bank knows that. Put something profitable and reliable under their nose and they will finance it. (even war!)

The majority of businesses where relying on paying back 10% of their loan, hoping to borrow 9% back again and the banks just instantly stopped approving loans overnight. The real worry was after a few days or a week so many businesses would shut shop because they couldn't pay their staff would halt critical food/water supplies.

I've got the same truck mod installed two weeks ago now, and I bought it in the same aged blue you did! I think you overestimate how much horsepower you needed though, 510 HP out of that diesel V8 is gonna rip the wheels off of the trailers you have. Cheers!

I can say that 82 studio's makes a great Trailer to go with that TLX It downloads into the "Low Boy" category and can be bumper or 5th wheel pull (I think) I use it to haul all my pallets.. Its a versatile trailer.

You can place the tailor right next to the spinnery almost. I placed mine to the right of the spinnery (close to the spinery loading markers where the fabric spawns) and its loading marker was on that road that goes around the spinery

With the tlx truck the front axle is adjustable height as well as the led light bar, and the trail boss bed has a height adjustable tow bar. Just figured I’d let you know some features if you didn’t know already

The default truck doesn't really seem like a farm truck. Seems more like a base model Ford F150. Definitely upgrading to this truck. Update: Returning to FS22 for the first time in months. When it comes to vehicle mods, The TLX Truck is definetly my most favorite. It's not just a basic pickup truck, it's an ultimate farming utility truck. I decided to get the dump bed and liquid tank. Really makes it so easy to transport grain to my chicken coup and water to my greenhouse.
