I think it's mostly speculation from the community. I think the product uncertainty is really due to the limited information on this drop. Their exact words to me, "Hi Subie, Yes this is real, and only in the hands of retailers for those enthusiasts like yourself! " I have speculation that where there's money retailers will continue to produce an item. The fact that they sold out so quickly at the retailers makes me hope that they will continue to produce the +++... But I don't really know. I can't say for sure one way or the other. Great video Subie! You certainly aren't joking about the strange release Henson has had with this new "version". I didn't even hear about the new +++ until I saw youtubers like yourself mentioning it. I also emailed Henson to see when the would have the new +++ head in the ti22 model. I never hear back from Henson. I love their razors, but their customer service...not so great. I was also shocked to see that they only have "sold out" on their page and no "notify me" button for when they are available, wow.

All I can say is they make a fantastic razor, I just wish that they stood behind their products more. In my opinion this feels like they don't care about their product or about the people buying them. No warranty on their TI products either kinda shocks me... I will also just mention that I heard from someone that their new TI version will be coming or is out now. I am not sure though, I don't plan on buying one.

I love me some clown fruit I think it smells like rootbeer in a way with a bit of clean to it. I've had strangers come up and ask what I'm wearing because it smells so fresh. It's just fantastic I even got the epic solid cologne of it!

I totally understand the root beer sentiment! It does have a root beer smell to it that for me is super sweet. It reminds you of like the root beer candies kind of mixed with pixie sticks

Nice review! I just got the medium Henson and can’t wait to try it. Do you use a specific razor to outline your beard or do you just use whatever razor you are using to shave your head that day?

Usually just whatever is loaded up from the head shave 🤣🤣 I just turn off the camera and line things up. You'll be blown away by the medium!! You have to tell me how it shaves for ya!! Thanks for the comment Wade!! 👍🤟

Thank you! Definitely not perfect, I should have stuck with medium and aggressive. The plus marks were too much haha next time, I'll do better next time 🤣 The tile would be such a fun battle. I would probably say the new one has more feel and more efficiency but it's not drastic by any means. I do much less buffing with this version than the Tile. One thing I like about this over the tile is the 38 Grams weight is really nice. It's nimble yet a very close shave. Also no corners to poke yourself with.

Nice! I was worried that this would happen after the release of the new style razor, which was not that long after I got the Aggressive in the old style. Honestly, I don't think that I'll be running out to get the new style Aggressive as I don't think I'll be gaining that much. If they came out with an Aggressive Plus, that might change my mind-ha ha!

If they do that I'll bang my head on the wall 🤣🤣 the amount of limited run and model updates has been exhausting. Definitely doesn't feel a TON different than the new ++ but I will say the new medium and aggressive razors shave closer for me than the original design. I need to do some comparisons, but I do think I get a closer shave - faster - with the new lineup. But if you're getting on with the other model - sheesh - definitely hit that skip button 👍❤️

@LastShadow, If you already have the Version one of the Henson razors, while the improvements are definitely nice, the end result of the shave will not really change much at all. The biggest real change is in the beveled edges, so if the original edges don’t bother you, an upgrade might not be worth it. Just my opinion, but I’ve owned & shaved with both versions & I can’t tell a difference between how they shave… The new version definitely looks nicer and a bit more modern, but the minor improvements aren’t going to be anything massive. The design was already great & the original lather channels were sufficient to keep lather and gunk from building up and it rinses out just fine. They say the newer version adds a larger diameter handle but you’ll be hard pressed to notice that change either. Cheers

I got the new version of the Henson and went to return the previous version. They just told me to keep it. While I have a few safety razors, the Henson has been my go to for a quick head and face shave with Cremo. Great product. Just wish the company had some better direction when it comes to product launches.

Holy cow.... Well that's a response I didn't anticipate. Sheesh. I can't believe they refunded you without having to send it back or destroy it. That's super gracious of them. And I totally I'm with you on the product launch this whole thing has seemed like a cluster, with very little direction. I'm 100% for viral marketing... But that requires promotion? This drop seemed very secretive, and even odder - is the scarcity of it. Great razors - but I have to do the same - just look past all the other stuff. Thanks for the comment my friend!!

@@SubieShaves totally welcome and I mentioned that, as I mentioned it in a previous comment when you first debuted the new iteration. Didn’t get a response from them and maybe people don’t care if they got the old version. But they allowed me to keep the older version and again, that was nice of them. Keep up the good videos. Might look at the twig or the thorn and will definitely need a silicone cover for the leaf. Super slippery handle but not a single nick.

Thanks buddy!! Yeah... Kinda back door, bag over the head marketing. But the razor itself is sweet. I think the grossly underestimated demand as these are all sold out now and they went fast.... Regardless it was a good shave and I appreciate you being here for it!
