It is a fun game mode, but it still saddens me that we can't use the other traffic cars that the devs refuse to make playable, like the '09 Fiesta, Mazdaspeed 3, etc.

I think the arrow should be a special perk like the chasebreaker: you can activate it once every minute or so and it tells you the direction for a few seconds ... but not constantly.

The arrow is essentially useless whenever the hider goes offroad. Even when your arrow is full you still have to get lucky to be in range to ping if you're in a forest or city. Also the ping doesn't last long enough so they can just get distance before you can turn around and that removes the ping

I think the problem is, if you want an actual "hide and seek" mode, where camping/hiding and staying still can be a viable strategy, they would basically have to start over with this. As it is currently, if you know how best to play, the hider clearly has the advantage right now, even with the radars being active constantly, and that will become more apparent as people figure the mode out. If anything, it's the hider that needs to be nerfed. I would add ticks to the capture meter, like when you're capturing a point in Overwatch, so once you hit one of those ticks, it cannot drop below that point if the hider then escapes. Right now it's too easy for a hider to escape and have the meter reset back to 0.

If you have what is essentially an arrow telling you almost exactly where the hider is then there is no point ion restricting the hider to 4 traffic cars that in comparison all suck. You literally can't blend this isn't really hide and seek this is more of a cops and robbers type gamemode

I think they should have put more drivatars … keep the area busy and easy to blend with other cars. And you should be able to turn off the engine of your car .

It's heavily skewed in favour of the hider, cos you just need to drive laps around the map and use your chase breaker when someone gets near. It's not really "hide and seek", cos the worst thing you can do is try and hide, given that the seekers all have a radar that shows where you are, lol. It's really not what I expected, cos you can't blend in with AI traffic, or find a cool hidden spot and stay still.

It does kinda fun, but curious dev team look at it to balance it out, from what i heard for some. Some players cheat the way to just round around outside the certain map, also wish Hiders can hidden a bit longer so...

1 of the seekers getting the radar would be better, but it should ping every 5 or 10 seconds or something like that. But also the radar makes sense given that it’s only 4 mins.

I like the fact that the developers are finally giving _new_ content instead of just _recycled_ content. I can deal with the fact that it needs tweaking. Still, in its current state, its a fun gamemode. Would love to see more videos on it!

They should make the hider struggle to offroad until caught. The entire gamemode is just the hider driving on the borders and occasionally using the chase breaker. It makes it essentially unplayable as the seeker. Instead, they should nerf the arrow a lot and make the mode much more 'hide and seek' instead of just a BTEC Eliminator

Isn't Hide and Seek multiple hiders, and one seeker? Everyone stays hidden until spotted, and then they can try to outrun the seeker (IT) to home base or whatever. Continue until everyone 's found, or time runs out, then the first one caught becomes IT for next round. I mean, you don't have to do it exactly like that, but it gives a good balance of tense, strategic, and stealthy, followed by the fast, mad dash for safety that releases all the pent up adrenaline. You could get a score most caught, most escapes, and most times never even found, or whatever. This looks kinda fun, but it seems like a different game, call it like "Prison Escape" or "Trap the Madman".
