Quick clarification: One point I forgot to emphasize is that the Bevy requires $15k in spend in order to get the 50k free night certificate. The Bevy is great if that $15k requirement is easy for you, but for everyone else this is a big downside to the Bevy, and probably a deal-breaker. Unless you're able to meet that spend easily I would consider the Brilliant, Boundless or Business card instead.

I’m not sure that it does to be honest. Looking at a few quick flight searches I didn’t see those carriers, but it’s possible they do and I just didn’t see them. Wish I could tell you for sure!
