Small point of feedback, it would be nice to show your viewers what the camera looks like after you mounted it. The "3rd person view" of the camera so they can see what it will look like when it's mounted, and maybe put something next to it to give an idea of its size.

I may of missed it but if the Pano triggers a line crossing i didnt see the linkage to move the PTZ to a preset. Is this something it can do so i can zoom in on the area the pano triggered?

Is it possible to add this camera to a Blue Iris VMS system as two separate cameras, i.e does this camera support two ip addresses, one for both individual cameras?

Yes, you can view both feeds as two separate cameras in Blue Iris. It's the same IP address, but two different channels. The PTZ is /Streaming/Channels/101 and the Panoramic channel is /Streaming/Channels/201

@@DVSLTD It's yes. I have this camera, and I have Blue Iris. In Blue Iris you set it as the same IP address, but each camera would be differentiated by using a different channel. The PTZ is /Streaming/Channels/101 and the Panoramic channel is /Streaming/Channels/201

Thanks for pointing out that this camera has Panorama Linkage and not Panorama Tracking (before this, I thought both were talking about the same thing!). Is it possible to disable Panorama Linkage? I am using the PTZ camera for LiveStreaming and don't want the Panorama Linkage to somehow take control of the PTZ camera

One flaw about this camera, at least to me, is that the audio is exclusively tied to the panoramic channel. You cannot directly access the audio from the PTZ channel. When I asked B&H Photo about it because they handle Hikvision support if you bought it from them was, " According to Hikvision, The Tandemview camera only has audio on one of the views, because the device basically works as two separate cameras." They do not say this in their specs, manual, or product page. I have the DS-2SE7C432MW-AEB which is the higher zoom model (32x) of this camera which is 25x. I just bought it a couple weeks ago, and I'm contemplating sending it back.

Hikvision finally addressed this issue, you can now access audio directly in the PTZ channel in the Firmware V5.8.0_240327_S3000565522 🙌

Spec sheet shows bullet channel is 1/3" CMOS, however most ColorVu cameras are 1/1.8". Is this a typo?

thanks for the kind comment, in short the larger 180 Tandemvu there is some adjustment of the lens but not a lot, we have asked for more adjustment moving forward, the smaller cheaper models don’t have any adjustment

Can the white leds be triggered on eg by human only was detection in motion detection and white leds come on for 30 seconds then turn off? Instead of always on when its night time?

@@userinfo2869 access via a web browser to the camera, go to image, then set it off. If you want it to blink in a detection, you should edit the events of the camera.

I wish you try to disable white light and show us how it performs in "stealth mode". Because white light is not only benefit but also a problem - you camera is showing it's location so it can be easier detected, avoided or destroyed.
