Can we get the audio output of the main camera and not the 180 camera?

Thanks for this video. For some reason under the Configuration > PTZ section, I'm missing lots of these options like smart tracking, panorama tracking and rapid focus. The model is DS-2SE4C425MWG-E(14F0) and I'm using the latest firmware (5.8.0) and also signed in as admin. Is there something I'm missing that's stopping these options from appearing? Hi Danny, Unfortunately the DS-2SE4C425MWG-E(14F0) does not support smart tracking, panorama tracking or rapid focus. If you require smart tracking fuctions on a 4inch TandemVu, then you'd need the one with the 180 panoramic channel, DS-2SE4C425MWG-E/26(F0) www.cop-eu.com/cameras/ip-cameras/DS-2SE4C425MWG-E-26(F0)/ Alternatively, you could opt for the bigger 7inch one in this video.

if i get out of the vieuw off the bullit the ptz stops tracking do you maby know why that is?

Hi Tom, This is because it is doing coordinate tracking based off the static bullet coordinates, which is sy it needs to be calibrated. If it is needing to track over a larger area, then you'll to deploy a TandemVu camera which have a larger FOV on the static.
