hi mate good video, this might be a stupid question. I can see it shows a count of In / Out but it would also be great to have a count of in right now. I could deduct the leave from the in figure but thats a bit meh

in the menu there is a option to enable the HTTP post and the destination IP address etc , if you do that it should send it , but you might have to do some integration that end to translate it

Merry Christmas DVS team🎅🎄 Thanks for the video, I've been curious about people counting options for our venues for a couple years now. I have seen the option in the past 2 NVRs we have had. For Mounting options, does this camera have to be directly overhead? What's the maximum distance/height? Our latest venue has a rather high, 3 story, atrium. With little to no where to mount a cam above the entry. There is a ceiling once your 35 feet into the venue, but worry this would really scew the statistics of customers vs staff crossing the area. Heya, student intern tasked to set up the camera here. I followed the steps from 4:55 to 7:55, however when I attempted to save the setting it would end up with the error message "The rule frame should be within red counting frame". Is there a possible fix for this?

Hi Dave! Is there any way to modify a ds-kv8102 ip door unit to send 12v to the fail-secure lock LESS than 15 sec. I already trashed one lock as it supports 8 sec max of 12v supply. Thanks

Hi George , yes under 4200 , remote configuration and access control parameters we can then set it to say 5 secs, it took a couple of saves to take FYI

Yes but Gmail is a nightmare as you have to enable the function inside Gmail 3rd party security settings etc , we use other vendors to get away from Gmail
