Hi Dave, it's Aussie Dave here, I know this module is IP65 rated but do you know if it's usable in an outdoor scenario where it's raining and there's water on the screen?

Hi Dave I'm trying to set up NVR E-mail notifications through the Hik-Pro Connect web app on a off-site DVR.....all my settings is correct but when I send the test E-mail it says failed, I don't know why? it is the same settings I used for another off-site NVR and that NVR's E-mail notifications works perfectly ....can it be that you can not use the same email address for more than one NVR/DVR?? Please help!! Thank You so much📣📣📣

you can indeed use the same emails across multiple NVRS / DVRS , the 1st point to look at is the preferred DNS , make sure its 8.8.8.8 and say 8.8.4.4 , also check If the gateway address is also set to the IP address of the Router , does that make sense????

hi bro...i am trying to get ppe detection from this ids-2cd7a26g0-izhs model hik camera but I am unable to get data exactly on the site's.why? We tried firmware version even PPE detection (hard hat) is not detecting well. Lots of false detection getting...how to resolve this?

it would be hard to see the issue without seeing the installation side of it and the setup , have you tried updating to latest firmware?? Or is it on that ?

You should advise to only download specific firmware for your country's version of Hikvision stock lest you brick it
