Thanks for the video, a question, can I use 2 keypad modules? entering a password on they first keypad only door 1 opens, and with another keypad module with another password only second door opens?

I have the answer in this moment (29/04/2021) it's not possible do keypad 1 open door 1 and the second open door 2!

I have a gate that I would like to control with the module: DS-KD8003-IME1 / EU and also with a code to allow opening with a code defined in the application with the DS-KD-KP module I would also like to include a second code module for the inside of the gate to allow unlocking with the defined code. is it possible to make this connection of the 2 modules in series on the DS-KD8003-IME1 / EU? Thank you

I know it's late news but somebody might need help. I got same problem today installer came to program additional indoor unit but didn't retrive contact list from device, lost my nerves trying to diagnose and looking for help all over internet. Only way to get it to work was to bind indoor unit set floor number to 1 and room number in format 1-1-1-call number. In all videos I watched room number was just call number. Ivms hint is room "or" 1-1-1-1 for example. indoor unit manual says "If you want to call room, the calling number format should be x-x-x-xxx. For example, the calling number of Community 1, Building 2, Unit 3, and Room 405 is 1-2-3-405" HIK is pain in the ... to configure but no hickups for years. Cheers

Thanks for the video. I have a question. Can you run 2 x keypads with the 1 door station? I want a door station with keypad on the outside of my front gate and the 2nd keypad on the other side of the same pillar (180mm). This will enable me to give out PINS to users who need access when I'm not home and can let themselves out. An exit button isn't great as someone could jump the fence and press the button to open the gate etc. I have been told by someone that I would need a whole new door station but that's a waste as I don't need a camera for the exit etc. Any help you have would be greatly appreciated.

I have a problem. When i try to configure my MIFARE card that i have officially bought from HIKVISION...The program recognizes the card. Setting is done until the end. But when I pass the card through the reader it does not do anything at all. I have made sure that I have the latest firmware installed and that it recognizes the modules. I also proceeded to factory default and reinstalled it from scratch but still nothing is done. Do you have any idea what could be wrong? Τhanks in advance

@@piplsystems I'm currently also looking for a Hikvision PTZ-camera that can automatically track persons or vehicles once they enter the perimiter by panning and zooming, but I find it very difficult to see wether or not this function is availlable by looking at the datasheets. Could you provide me some models that have this option or how I can find them? The HIKVISION DS-2DE5425IW-AE(C) for example, would it be possible with this model? Thanks a lot! I wouldn't mind supporting your help financially.
