If there are no mechanical differences and the only difference is the paint, I'd suggest everyone buy the base variant. RE has an extremely poor track record of screwing it's customers who paid a premium for "limited" edition colour schemes. I bought a Classic 500 Stealth Black and paid extra 10k for the colour options and 2 years on they released the same paint scheme on the 350cc. Same with the Desert Storm, Squadron Blue, Pegasus etc. it's infuriating. I plan to pick up the base variant and get the tubeless spoke wheels when they're available. Not buying until then.

Rightly said. However, the importance of colour scheme is engraved deep in the consumer's psyche and automobile companies know this. That is why some colours cost a lot more. There is literally no difference between a base, single tone paint scheme of Continental GT650 and the Chrome variant of GT 650, if asked by anyone which 'looks' better, consumer points towards the later.

@@SrinivasGanesh i completely understand the colour aspect. As I mentioned in my first comment that I don't trust RE on this front. There's every possibility that in the next lot, they will release a black version with a new name with lower price. I e paid extra for certain colour scheme. If they don't do it with the Himmy, it's perfectly alright. I just came back from a test ride and surprisingly the Kaza variant looks far better in person than online. The Black looks pretty fantastic as well.
