Hi Steph! I am sorry to hear that you went through a difficult time. It is really good to see you back creating your lovely content! Hullo Steph, I was so excited when I saw the thumbnail thinking you were showing us some new soft pastel sticks they looked like Terry Ludwig sticks! They are some of the best soft pastels made!!! I used to paint with gouache at a design firm I worked for as a freelancer then they hired me and I worked for them for just 4 years and it was quite horrible! SO I have that Love Hate relationship with this medium. I used Turners Design Gouache and they had a company policy of everything once it was photographed it was destroyed! NO EXCEPTIONS! In fact the girl who was forced out and fired took something from the trash outside of the building and they had to hire someone (me). It was the most discouraging work I have ever done. Ah Well you make working with gouache look fun and I might even enjoy using it again? I doubt I will ever buy so many choices and I do like to mix my own colors. You made a lovely painting as you usually do!
