After being discharged from hospital (post total hip replacement) back in early December-2022 I decided to venture out to the local supermarket on foot with one crutch. I stepped outside and put the crutch on the ground and it slide on the black ice. That was a pretty scary walk to the supermarket I can tell you!

I noticed before my hip at replacement which was only last week ,clipped in on my bike my arthritic hip my foot is angled in and not straight it'll be a thing I'll need to alter I think too
