I’m a bit late on comments because I caught it late but if I had this property I’d build a significantly bigger house on the …. Like 1.5 x the size … and or a basement if plausible . And I’d do coverings over parts of the porches so one could enjoy in the shade or in the sun while being on the porch. I’d also put walls on the carport and also make it bigger to cover 3-4 vehicles--- just my thoughts Thanks Mark

An excellent design and well thought out. The builder did a super job, kudos to him... Does he do work in the Tarlac area of Luzon? I'm interested if so... Back to the build... Hi James, I’ve been following your videos since day 1 of your house building. My wife and I now are in the process of building our own in Cavite. Just have couple of questions if I may - Do any of the hardware stores (i.e Wilcon) carry ready made french doors or sliding doors? Is it cheaper to buy from them or better to get it custom made, if so any recommendations? Thank you so much and say my regards to Ness!

James hi again, I have a question for yah. In the time you guys have been living in the house "Willa Feliz" how is it with the cobra snake or snakes in general, and how do you defend yourself with these critters?

Have seen cobras, pythons and garden snakes. If it's a cobra I make sure to get out of the yard. Other snakes they leave on their own especially after the yard is treated with malathion.

@@MyPIDream you have to excuse me but here in Norway we are blessed that we don`t have any dangerous snakes, but how do you see if there is a cobra or not? And since we have kids how can we shield us from a suprise attack from these monsters?

Lemery is close to both Tagaytay, Lipa City and Batangas City. Both have malls and shopping districts similar to what you'll find in the places like the US. Although the builder did not share the cost of this build, my experience tells me you would spend ~P20m, give or take, for a build similar to this. This is house construction only.

Found it. Google street view still shows an empty lot. I wish Google would update all of their Philippines mapping. According to Google, you are still building your house!
