Unfortunately, the traffic is already horrible out there. These roads should be widened 'before' they build all the new homes.

Yes, improved infrastructure would be great! They have that PID tax so hopefully that will help speed up the process

I like the kindred plan because of the way it has that sorta drive thru to the garage area. But only if it would start in the 300s like Chesmar.

Yes, that is an awesome feature. The shade from the structure attachment is nice. For 300k maybe on the far south you can get that deal

I have 4 new neighbors 2 from California 1 from New York and 1 from Chicago. And they have caused my appraisal of my house to go from $46,000 to $169,000 in the past 4 yrs because they over pay for their properties and invest way to much in the them and that's why it's best to move on. Maybe some of the cash out California crowd might be better off looking at buying on mars. Lol.
