Got here in 2015, it was nice and looked like it was becoming a wonderful city. But then more and more crime came, drugs especially heroin, meth and weed are huge and the amount of low lifes that roam the city. The sad part is that it's a ton of job less, tattooed, no child support paying, uneducated Latinos that plague the city. I am not planning on staying here.

Hello, we are moving to Texas, we were in doubt between San Antonio and DFW, we have 4 children and San Antonio seems like a good option, could you recommend a neighborhood with good schools and a quiet area in San Antonio to rent? First we want to rent and in the future buy a property, does your team also do rentals? can we contact them? I apologize for the English, we are still learning and we use the translations. thanks

San Antonio is not what it used to be. Once a calm town with little crime here and there....Theres constant crime everywhere and the road rage is disgusting because we have very shitty drivers. Businesses are either became bankrupt here thus losing the charm of some mom and pop shops i grew up with and being replaced with chains. I love San Antonio, sorta, but I definitely do not want to stay here.

Since moving here i realized SA is a retirement town or for families. Otherwise its boring. Especially if it weren’t for the natural beauty of the places around it. Downtown belongs to tourists and yes they are trying to change that with the Pearl etc except in a few years parking will be $15. 😮 I wouldn’t want to be single stuck in this town.
@AngR-vr3ni4 күн бұрын
The locals do go there, just not every day. Airbnbs are minimal because this has been a popular place by tourists for over 50 years. Schilo's is one of mine and my friends favorite restaurants downtown.

We’ve lived here (SA) fo 13yrs. At first it was a hopeful but it’s kind of boring and dull, and a bit dangerous. We moved over from Athens Greece. When we first arrived It was growing in a great direction. Now there are too many ppl living here and strangely businesses down last, especially great restaurants. Also crime has increased. We live in a guarded gated community and have recently had cars stolen and homes burglarized. It’s just not worth it. Yes, it may be more affordable in some ways but property taxes are high and the utilities are ridiculous.. Also people are very large here here. I believe SA is the fattest city in TX. The people are nice though, but many are cheap and most are not cultured. We love Texas and there are some great cities to live in. I don’t suggest moving here unless you have to for your career. ✌️

Obrigada

Hi Tre. You post some great videos! Very entertaining and very informative! I grew up in San Antonio from 1966 until 1980 when I joined the Air Force and left. Since then, my entire adult life, I've been yearning to move back! I'm planning on doing just that - finally, next March. Oh, and I have been a rabid Spurs fan since 1973 when I was 11 years old and they first moved to the city. Don't know where I'm going to settle down yet, but looking forward to the adventure! Keep the videos coming! I plan on talking to your company. Victor

Quite literally everyone is hispanic and EVERYONE is mixed race with hispanic being one of those races, and I’m no different, white male with hispanic wife and whispanic kids. If you want to live in a city that’s truly evolving with AMAZING inexpensive food, beautiful people, cold beer, and good jobs, San Antonio is the place to be!
