New Home Tour 2021 | First time home buyers | Developers Comparison - Bloor Homes | 4 Bedrooms quick show home tour. New development in Hinckley with three and four bedrooms semi-detached and detached homes. Furnished new build homes.

This is a massive development so they'll be there for quite a few years, I only have a site plan for the current phase, which has homes different to the show homes, however if your heart is set at them it might be the case that they will be available at the later stages I can't say, I didn't ask as my interest was with an other home there. It's definitely worth giving them a call.

Why are the skirting boards so basic these days. I brought my 90s new build with fab wooden trims and door frames which makes a huge difference.

Unfortunately the quality of new builds aren’t what they used to be, I’m more and more leaning towards an older home.

They aren’t the smallest I’ve seen, but you are right they definitely could be bigger. What seems to be the rule, you either get the dream kitchen and need to compromise on the bedrooms or you get the more spacious bedrooms but kitchen could be bigger 😅 Did you buy your home yet? If you have. Please share what developer, maybe I should check them out x

I couldn’t agree more, I am not 100% sure but I think these weren’t the standard spec door, I think you would need to pay extra to get these glossy ones. I can’t remember exactly but you either get plain white or wood as standard, so that’s a win x
