NEW HOME TOUR 2022 | First time home buyers | Developers comparison - Owl Homes. Short tour around Owl homes' show home (this model was called Croft). This development had homes between 2 to 5 bedroom in a range of £221 000 - £356 000. The site we went to was mostly sold out, so not only there weren't any homes to see within our budget but even for those who liked the one we've toured, you'd need to wait until the next phase to purchase this one. The house was spacious, but I was quite surprised by the tiny kitchen sink and hob with only 3 burners, I'd expect these to be grander in bigger home with such price.
