Very interesting mix of warm and cool neutrals, which is helpful to me. I also appreciated the blend of different furnishing styles that were nicely paired. The house has a nice layout and great features.

The first time I came across, what was a black accent wall was in Pardee's aXis in MacDonald Ranch area of Henderson, NV. Pardee is now TriPointe. Bobby Berk did the interiors, and that black accent wall worked. It was in the one of the downstairs bedrooms. He had done a model for Pardee in Inspirada a year earlier with, get this, olive green kitchen cabinets in a completely open plan. It worked and was amazing. Bobby is an interior design consultant for TriPointe. His interior designs for a new townhome development in Summerlin, is out of this world. Sandlewood was incredible, esp that one model with the use of a rather dark blue.
