Hey Paul. 7273 sq ft? Massive. Only 5 beds 5 baths? Like the front elevation. Private front bedroom and bath. Nice wine cellar. Was that an elevator? Open concept. Lots of cabinetry by the dining wall. Large kitchen and pantry. Love the big drop zone and laundry. Rear bathroom and bedroom. Beautiful covered lanai. Spacious primary and en-suite. Custom closet. Upstairs now. Bedroom with en-suite. Spacious loft with a grand bar. Beautiful bathroom connected to a sauna. Like the gym area. But gyms belong on the 1st floor. Lovely balcony. 2 more spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. I’ll never understand why each bedroom doesn’t have an en-suite in a 7200 sq ft home 🤦‍♀️. No sharing whatsoever. Beautiful backyard. Pool beautiful but a little small. All in all a beautiful house. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.
