Hey Paul. Happy holidays. Dont recall you ever touring a townhome. Big front room. Big courtyard. Appreciate the 1/2 bath. Open concept. Spacious laundry and storage under the stairs. Good size primary. Closet a little small. Bathroom small but workable. Appreciate the double sink. Decent size bathroom & 2 guest bedrooms. Thanks for sharing.

Happy holidays! I have only done a few townhomes. Now that prices have gone up, a lot of people are going to the townhome to get in there preferred zip code. So I will be doing more townhomes in the future.
