This home is huge compared to what I’ve been looking at! Congrats!! Also, if you make the kitchen wall (behind that washing machine) a half wall with a pillar in the corner (only if it’s structurally needed for support) it would open your kitchen to the living room and feel even bigger/get more airflow. Basically, that wall between the kitchen/living room would become a half wall kitchen peninsula. Anyways, glad to see some people getting a home in this crazy market- enjoy it!👏

Yeah it’s insane out there. I would love to make it more open concept if I knew what I was doing. I’d also love to put in a sliding glass door in the dining room as well since the window is so small

Thanks 😊 yeah these homes were built after ww2 for all the soldiers that came home so they were dirt cheap when they were built but obviously not now days 😅 I’m very excited though

It's magnificent! You are exceedingly fortunate. Owning real estate is the greatest thing we can financially do for ourselves. Also, your dogs obviously love you very much. That is the sign of a good human being.😊
