Yeah the chunky curb is why I went slow. And I actually like I put too much wax on cuz it was too slick haha. And yeah I plan to get a more normal board once this one is worn out. Old school boards are just fun

I have had that issue as well and I’m not sure what the issue is. It seemed like it would happen with some cameras and others it was fine

Yeah it’s insane out there. I would love to make it more open concept if I knew what I was doing. I’d also love to put in a sliding glass door in the dining room as well since the window is so small

Yeah possibly. Most of them are super similar. What I have noticed is that depending on what number the end in the cameras are like identical. So like the trv52, 62, 72etc are all the same. Possibly just newer models as they go up in numbers? Those ones have a 3.5 inch screen ass well. But like the trv65, 75, 85 are all the same as well and those ones to me seem like they are the higher end models. Built really well and have more features. I could go on and on. But I’ve seen them in like every single number from a trv7-trv950. Now the TR and FX models are video 8. If it is a CCD-TRV it will be hi8. And if the models starts with DCR it will be a digital video camera like a mini DV or digital8. Like a DCR-TRV900/950 or a DCR-TRV120. I know that just scratches the surface but hopefully that helps a little.

Well usually if it has a tape and an sd card usually it can only take pictures to the card. Sony made a few cameras like the DCR-PC110 and the DCR-TRV22 that could record to the memory stick. But trust me when I say the footage is horrendous. And you don’t get much video storage

Yeah the curb had a gnarly chunk missing so you could see that is why I would stop suddenly. Probably not the best ledge to practice on haha

Yeah jvc was good during the vhs/vhs-c days. And yes Sony makes great electronics. Accept for Betamax and a lot of video8 fx and tr model camcorders

JVC videomovie were good in there day,I have many Sony cameras and camcorders,I have a 1996 CCD Trv-21e handycam that still works great,They looked good in there day,I bought the Video Walkman to go with it,I also have a mint pair of Sony DEV-5 recording binoculars,There good.

@@brandoncameracollection Sony seem to spend a lot on design don’t they,I’ve got a lot of retro Sony equipment,Radios,Walkmans,minidisc,discman,mp3,Handycam etc ,Binoculars are great but very expensive,Sony gear doesn’t seem to age.I have the Mavicas as well and the Mavicap,But floppy discs had limitation’s

@samuelaremu846 I recently did a review on that and I didn’t really like it. You have to use OBS software and the audio sounds awful and it stretches the image from 4:3 to 16:9 aspect ratio

The issue is that you will have a lot of access cable running the s video idea. Especially because s-video doesn’t have audio.

Yeah getting scooter clips is probably the most fun way for me to test out cameras. Plus it gives me a reason to go out and catch a sesh
