I been using baler twine, than pounding in kindling to make bubdles tight after tying them off. Im changing to bags tho. I agree with earlier commenter saying push the brackets together and wrap each end.

Have you considered tilting it back 15-20 degrees?

It's a great simple design. I think I would put a back stop on it and tilt it back maybe 30-45 degrees?

Can you extend the length of your handle by cutting a piece of PVC pipe with the outside diameter the same size as the inside of the roll pf plastic about 6 or 8 inches or so and screw one end on your handle? You may have to use a short piece of PVC pipe larger than the extension pipe to couple the two together seeing as your handle outside diameter will be the same size as the inside of the roll of plastic. Good idea btw.

Handle extension absolutely would work. I have since replaced the 'vertical leg' with a taller one & it solved the issue I was having. Thanks for the info.

Not rocket science...either put your bundler up on blocks (no modification required) or shove and glue a large dowel rod in your handle as an extension.
