how much is this house as it is ? and where else you build this home besides Aurora?

I am not 100% sure what the model will sell for. My guess is that it will be close to $2 million. It is sitting on a premium lot overlooking the Aurora Reservoir. Those premium lots with lake views were selling for about $500k, so the lot alone adds a lot to the price. This home can be built in Castle Rock in both the Macanta and Montaine neighborhoods. But the floor plan in those neighborhoods is called the Ogden and not the Orion.
