UPDATE: all sold but similar complex being developed in Gardena, will begin selling in mid- Sept.

A similar new development townhouse in North Gardena sold between 580k ~ 635k in 2019.

These are beautiful! Only thing I don’t like is the new construction property tax rate. :(
