Basements are a very common thing in the area, but not so much in this development. We've shown one before in here that had a full basement, but they aren't the norm. Thanks for the kind words!

Mill creek which has mostly split foyer homes i guess have basements. It’s next to the meadows maybe they are the same area but idk
