At 6.7 million dollars, why would I have neighbors? Why is the house close to the street? Why is the kitchen small and the large bathroom window facing the street? $800,000 house priced at 6.7 million because its a Bethesda location!

This is 4.8m.. at most, if they want that price it should at least have a heated floor Switch at least in the master..Oooo i think they ! did some more design to the property however THIS is not as much of a grandious home sitting on the RIVER, they are out of their mind over 5.5. The Butlers kitchen is a side bar no extra cooking station..(my house has two stoves iduction butler, gas front 2025 dreams house $2.3m) this .. one dishwasher, no pot filler ... no heaters in the patio ceiling, the stairs are lit by two simple pod lights. They just tiled white on the whole bathroom walls of the extra bedrooms...Elevator Grandma, nahh ... mine at 2.3 has all this doesnt and more and view of River And Mountains
