This property has its good and bad points. The PRIMARY bedroom was UNDERWHELMING, in no way, shape, or form should the GUEST Suite have more space or OUTSHINE the PRIMARY SUITE.The primary did not have a sitting area while the guest suite did.The LAYOUT was POORLY DESIGNED & perhaps BETTER STAGING would have made some things forgivable. Having Windows behind the primary's king bed is despicable and disrespectful. The quality of materials was noted and appreciated. Unfortunately, it's still a bit shy from being perfect.

I thought I was the only one who noticed that the guest bedroom was better and bigger than the primary that's odd I was going to say the same thing in my comment the only thing nice about the primary was that it has a washer and dryer hook up and the entry way with the doors were nice and I would have closed off the dining room and living room other than that it was nice

Wow now this home was absolutely beautiful I loved how much space in this house and I am obsessed with laundry rooms. This one was my dream laundry room I loved that the primary had a washer and dryer hook up and that pantry I absolutely love it The patios are beautiful i guess all these houses are 3m plus these days thanks for this beautiful video

Great home as far as space and storage, but odd layout/floor plan. Great LR with tall ceiling and double stacked windows!! Beautiful kitchen!! Master bedroom is nice but smaller than what I would expect for a house that size!! Overall, nice home. Great tour. Thanks for sharing. Take care!!

Does anyone else get annoyed when they don’t do arches properly. I hate seeing that transition area at the top of the arch when they haven’t done it properly and it looks like they’ve just cut a bit off the top pf a normal square opening door way. It just looks cheap …… do one or the other…. Love the floor plan. PLEASE STOP PUTTING TUBS IN SHOWERS! Great tour! Thankyou!

Wow Marcus 😲! Such an incredible🤩😍 & superb 👏🏼😊 property you've shown! 1:40 Though I like that property, but I'm not a fan of white exterior "specifically" for this one ☹️👎🏿! Was expecting something dark 🌑 finishing,... or may be atleast a buttery colored exterior alongside dark brown painted on wooden stuff(if any)! But anyways 2:05 got impressed with the stair entry way 😊! 2:12 would be outer courtyard if there were extra outer iron gate from the stairs 🤷🏻‍♂️! Because you know... I sometimes got my spine chilled 🥶 if any wild animal do chit chat gossips with me ( 🤣😂 just kidding, it's just for extra security if unwelcoming unknown elements that's it). 2:25 Sooo much Love😘❤ for that wooden flooring. 3:00 🤦🏻‍♂️😆 I thought a basement & then suddenly garage!!🤷🏻‍♂️😂 5:19 Honestly, straightforward I hate that tube 😡👎🏿! The house is very beautiful. I prefer a house with a straighter flow. However, this situation involves a separate disconnection and privacy in living spaces. A second point; The houses around it reduce the value of this house

The dining room is kind of far from the kitchen. Need a wheeled cart to bring the food to the dining room...Dining room also needs a china cabinet so you don't have to carry all the dishes over there. Otherwise looks like a fine home!

This is a horrible lay out. Bad staging too. I mean who designed this? An A.I bot....windows are in bad spaces. Hallway looks like an office. Absolutely not worth the money

the primary bed room, EXTREMELY underwhelming,,, closet WAY to small, the bed room not centered AT ALL... the mother-in- law suit was better... that's disappointing

Another house that is overpriced and underwhelming. This house, especially the back area felt disjointed and designed him properly. The pantry with its sloping shells does not blend itself well to stacking inside of it. And the loss of that wall in the pantry with nothing on it no shelving is another problem. Overall nice car appeal but once you're inside things change.
