Hey Preston I love your videos! Just wanted to offer a quick word of advice from a fellow realtor. The Southgate homes are extremely popular in Windsong Ranch as 4 of my clients bought a Southgate home there. They are almost sold out in phase 7 and they just opened sale in phase 8 and phase 9. You should do a tour of the Southgate model house!!
