Prefer a laundry upstairs if the majority of the bedrooms are upstairs. Nice touch on the wood beam downstairs, pantry closet in the kitchen is way to shallow, looks like they did that in closets also. Please stop saying "guys: so much just a suggestion.

1.92 tax rate....meaning the property tax rate is 1.92%...? wow....I'm used to 1.1 maybe 1.15....is that the typical of new homes in the area?

Tax rate is still averaging about 1.1-1.2 the remaining tax is from the special assessments aka mello roos. Pays for the development of the community making the total tax about 1.92 😅
