I was a concierge in a building in Bethesda built by Toll brothers. After they sold everything including the model unit, they told us concierges to share the luxury furnitures from the model unit for free! I still have a lot of the pieces from there. Toll brothers is a great builder, great company that makes great homes that are luxurious and contemporary.

Unfortunately when we were looking to purchase about 7 years ago I fell in love with a Toll Brothers home here in MD and after doing research it was a hard pass for me. I found several stories of failing products and refusal to repair, many stories of deception with pre-approvals and stories of homes appraisals falling short of building cost that left home owners to come up with 10’s of thousands of dollars or face lawsuits.

Love Toll Brothers style of construction. I saw so many places I would love to lounge around inside this house. If I had $2 million, I would DEFINITELY get them to build a home for me just as beautiful as this one. I love everything about it but the only upgrade I would have to have with a home this size, is a pool would have to go in the ground in the backyard.

Yes, it’s a spice kitchen. It has a much stronger ventilation system than a normal kitchen has to vent out the spices when cooking.
