Dinner looked delicious.How do you manage lifting heavier casserole dishes/crock pots/saucepans etc? At the moment i can`t lift the kettle without wincing! Take care of yourself.xx

If there’s somebody around I will usually just get them to do it but otherwise I’m not having to lift everyday.💗
