Sales guys insist on buying seat covers saying that ‘original upholstery would become dirty’ It’s true but you can clean it with vaccume cleaner once in a while.

Apart from TPMS I think there is nothing that I require as a necessity. Honda should have given TPMS in VX and ZX variants. Rest of the car is too good. I'm okay with the lack of ventilated seats and 360 degree camera. What I like in Amaze is its sorted basics especially the hardware. I hope Honda sell more cars this time.

TPMS is also hyped...it sometimes shows the wrong pressure. It's always better to stick to basic inspection around and beneath the car before you revvs.

Thanks for your excellent content. What a really stupid 4 meter rule - all cars aspect ratio has been ruined in trying to be under 4 meters. Tax should always be proportional to the length. All vehicles have become too short and body and more importantly liable to spin as length : breadth is too less for stability. Very sad to see all car designs ruined by this one stupid rule. Ridiculous to put it mildly and I hope the minister is listening. Best regards

There is no plausible reason to feel disappointed .....Amaze is an attractive, smart car...with good interiors, space, boot & improved GC! It looks bigger than a sub 4 meter compact car! With 4 Cyl I-VTEC engine, ADAS & excellent CVT (unlike AMT of Dzire), its a fantastic value for money! Unable to understand this fascination of You Tube reviewers for fancy features like ventilated seats, 360 degree camera, sunroof (thanks to Honda that they avoided it!) which are really not essential!

Only other cars with cvt under 10 lacs are magnite, kiger and i20. Amaze is a far better value package than all of these. And you can get the missing features as accessories right? VX CVT at 9.99 is superb.

Honda is known for engine smoothness and durability ... and getting CVT at this price is a good deal, tpms and 360 degree camera should have been added.. but it's not a deal breaker, it's good there is no sunroof, on my personal experience I know, it's hardly used, plus requires additional maintenance for the rubber padding, which if ignored will cause leaks. If the test ride goes well, then might get 1 ...

In my opinion, Rear Defogger should've been a standard feature (like Dzire), then it would've been a boss of all base variants. Rear Parking Camera can be installed aftermarket easily. Rear Defogger ke liye 1 lakh+ pay karna hoga😑

Honda and Toyota, when maintained properly, are the best cars in the world in comparison to any other brand . Getting a Honda car under 10 lakhs with looks like that and the reliability and driving comfort/experience of Honda, there is nothing to be disappointed. Indian mentality when buying cars is not the best judge for how good a car is. Mileage, easy available parts are not the only criteria for a good car. Driving experience, engine reliability and environment friendly, safety and security are also equally important.

I had honda amaze 1st generation for 8 years and car had no issue at all unless ground clearence .upgraded to honda elevate and totally satisfied with the product. Honda should've also came up with another variant ZX+ with additional features over ZX such as 360° camera, rear wiper with washer, TPMS, ECM rear-view mirror, sunroof, front armrest, leather wrapped steering wheel, and some soft touch materials on the dash and doors. Even though it's price would've been way beyond Dzire's but the additional features that Honda would've offered, which no company does in this segment, could have made Honda the segment leader.

9:12 Every things lookes good. Still maruti Dzire will sell 10 times than amaze. I think honda should market the amaze aggressively mentioning the 4 cylinder engine and some rewards and offer on test drive so that maruti customers started shifting towards honda. In my opinion Honda cars are always better than maruti in terms of premiumness and style. I owned maruti cars till 2019 After that switched to honda city. Honda should reintroduce WRV and BRV with more upmarket facility.

Required Automatic IRVM, Rear Disc Brakes, 360 ° Camera, TPMS, Cornering Lamp Function, Cooled Glovebox, Dual Channel Dashcam, Driver Side Armrest and underbody engine bay covering in second variant atleast. With that they should have given an option of 1.5 Ltr 4 Cylinder engine too as an option. With this package can't beat Dzire. They had to do something else which they truly didn't. No one can compete against Dzire with 1.2 NA engine. There Dzire will always be mileage King. They don't have CNG, Diesel or Full Hybrid etc here so it won't fetch em much sales. 1.5 Engine might have made a difference here
