Using a catapult against troops is very strange. It's intended to be used against town and castle walls.

I don't think that's true for anything other than the largest, most powerful catapults.

@@FlyingFox86 A machine with an arm that a projectile is loaded into and then flung is a siege weapon designed to take down enemy fortifications. Apparently, slingshots can be referred to as catapults, but I hadn't run into that use until just now when looking up how catapults are used.

@@brigidtheirish Some of the first designs were meant to be used vs troops, not buildings. Also, don't underestimate their impact on enemy formations and morale.
