I want one. I love the design of these trailers. I'm surprised that the companies here in the U.S haven't come up with independent suspension in their horse trailers yet.

Well torsion axles are independent left, right , front back. But very few have shock absorbers. And they need it.

Our roads are so rough in alberta. I always feel sorry for my horse in the trailer I have. That independent suspension is a great feature.

I'm just about to purchase my first horse, and a Boeckmann trailer is on my soon to buy list! Thankfully Maryland is a short drive from me!

I'm in Ireland. I would like a Boeckmann trailer too.

I own one of these (a Portax K) it's the best trailer I've ever owned and I tow it with an older GMC 1500 - tows like a champ in all weather and the horses LOVE it.

I want to do a long term review like I did with Brenderup, but no one returns my calls

Kent, let me get in touch with the dealer I purchased mine from. They may be able to help. I'm not sure Marsha could export one from Canada that wasn't actually sold to a buyer. If you're ever in MA - you're welcome to take mine for a ride. I just pulled it from Maryland to Massachusetts through NYC during Winter Storm Orson this past weekend and never a misstep. Such a great trailer and so well made.

Thanks, I've been working with Marsha for a couple years now. All she has to do is return my calls. She's in this video and did a good job of explaining the trailer

Marsha is busy but always returns calls and emails (: Give her another ring and I will let her know you are on the hunt. She is one busy lady. (:

You and your friends over at TFL should take a trip to Europe, and make some compressing video series on cars/trucks and trailers. To see the similarities and differences.

I wish we could, can't afford a trip like that yet

Mr.Truck I saw you tested the Tacoma and the Titian. Did you test the Tundra and the Frontier yet? I know the Frontier is dated but it would be cool to see how it does compared to the new Tacoma. Keep the videos coming!
@MrTruckTV8 жыл бұрын
I've reviewed Tundra in the past and Frontier several times. I will have a 2016 Frontier out soon.

MrTruckTV Thank you! I only just started watching your videos so I'll go back and find them.

Yeah nothing like spooky plastic crumpling and flapping in the breeze to keep horses sane....
@pamelah8483 жыл бұрын
That doesn't happen. These are great trailers and I wish we in the US would start using more modern thinking in their designs.
@kylevanwinkle20818 жыл бұрын
really expensive and low payload

Not having to own a truck gas guzzler, or two vehicles and insurance?

REALLY EXPENSIVE to repair - fiberglass shell is about the worst thing ever --- $1500 for a small scratch -- I would never buy a fiberglass trailer
@pamelah8483 жыл бұрын
I've had my trailer for 20 years. Haven't had to repair it yet.
