That's the thing. It's still usually clean. Just has clutter, and that's okay. The way I see it is it's a home that is lived in.
@littleripper3122 жыл бұрын
I used to be messy like this but I slowly reduced the amount of things I own and got dressers and cupboard and things. It feels really nice now to have less clutter. I also totally get the messy life, you know where everything is and you get used to it. Significant other couldn't handle it so I had to become domesticated haha

"Creative home?" Are you kidding me right! You know why people have artist block? Messy room messy mind. Hard to think when you live in clutter messy land. He needs a maid like really bad.

@@mr.pizzamarlon We all process differently. I suppose I understand it because I’m very similar in the way I like to try creating lots of different kinds of art and I just end up with a whole lot of stuff and clutter does not phase me. I know where everything is. Doesn’t seem to be slowing him down either. My meyers briggs is infp, maybe yours is a J instead of a P so organization works better for you.

Awww Peter I’ve been watching your videos for years and years. One of my favourite things is to put on a drawing story time and drift off to sleep listening to you talk about socks or something. I’m so happy that you’re happy 🤗 I love how you describe the piles of clothes on the floor as ‘collections’ …. I too have many collections gathered up on the floor in my home 😏 Keep on drawing and never stop because you bring something incredible to the world 🥰

My sister’s room (and now house) was always organized like this, but I’m the opposite! The amount of stuff that is out and about on surfaces and the floor would overwhelm and stress me out. Isn’t it funny how that effects different people in such different ways?
@erinjenne8112 жыл бұрын
I love the way Peter says this is where I keep my pants I want to wear again, and it’s the floor. It’s what works for him even if my dad would call it messy. It’s a great point of view Peter has and that I appreciate Edit: spelling

I was about to say that watching this made me incredibly stressed how nothing is organized... only to realize that I too have piles of stuff all over my desk that would look like "clutter" to any outside observer. To me they're all neatly filed and organized, but the logic is only rational to me! Enlightenment.

Peter, it took me two days but I watch the whole video… 25 minutes 22 seconds. I find it difficult to just sit and watch something for a whole half an hour so I space it out throughout the day. Loved the intimate tour of your house. I just gotta say one thing first and get it out of my system - Nirvana CD cover, yar!! Ok, so Peter, we are too similar, it is almost scary. I am not gonna name the ways in which we are - but yeah, that is really cool. I can be scared and cool with it right? Oh, & I love the lived in look and most of my clothes are yes, on my floor? I am not sure why the pile system works for me but it does. Neatness is over rated and drives me insane to even think I would have to have a rule and live by it. Pfffft. I saw the wine bottles - thumbs up. 😎 And I think your sunglasses are cool too. Stop critisising yourself on them. Trust me you look bad ass in them - sok. Anyways, I love your way of living. Again many similarities. Oh, your snake plant is fine how you care for it. The leaves of the pothos plant are yellowing, which means they want to be in soil. I am a plant person with green fingers - js? When you get it in soil fertilize it and then water it little. If we were room mates I would take that attic, uber cool. I can see it decked out, Mhm. Alrighty, sleep calls. Thanks again Peter, this was fun watching. PEACE & LOVE to you fella. 😁 Came back to edit and add a P.S. How did you like The Essex Serpent? I adore Tom Hiddleston and Claire Danes.
