Hey Tina, you should do a complete house tour once you guys have fully moved/settled in and have furniture in the house. I know that won't be for a while, but when it is all done, it would be cool to see the finished product. And in the meantime I'm sure you will keep us updated on your insta stories. Also, I love your new kitchen, it seems a lot more spacious than your old one which will be nice to have as your boys get older.

This house is so beyond incredible...you guys are so lucky! Very smart choice to replace the carpeting with hardwood floors. That's what I would do. It's so much easier to keep clean. The only thing I wouldn't like if this were my house is the stairs. I have a fear of heights and can't walk up stairs that aren't solid. Totally silly, I know. Again, congratulations!

Basement isn’t finished (maybe one day). I think one play area will be upstairs family room and maybe bigger stuff in the basement? There is some carpet pieces there so it’s actually not a bad stop of some kids stuff

@@TheTinaSingh when we were kids my mom "finished" a basement room with carpet remnants. we LOVED it. great idea to keep the quieter, less "boisterous" toys upstairs, and the craziness in the basement. you could also put an art desk or table (homework table when they're older and can do it independently) in that gorgeous upstairs room.

kids are changing schools but they seem to be excited about it! it's not too far from my old house but not close to my parents :( We have now moved in - just a few more things to pick up that got left at the old place! Nice to "see" you again!
