Better than Magnetic, but just behind Private Accord. They did an excellent job of keeping The Scent DNA and adding something unique to it. Bonus points for the longevity. 8.5/10.

It has Lavandin Absolute in it, but I wish it smelled more of lavender. The way they did it, it's just an aromatic mush, non-descript. Not a bad scent overall, but for me it falls behind Magnetic and Absolute.

Bought it and loving it. It some Kind if reminds me of Initio‘s paragon with that fruity/spicy opening (plum vs maninka) and the Lavender/sandelwood drydown. They‘re certainly no Clones, but they have certainly the Same vibe. What do you think?

I have sample. It's excellent. I thought private accord was tbe best, but this is stronger. I give it a 9.

Smells good. Tried it today with a tester to bring home. But Le parfum that i have a full bottle of is better. All i get with Elixir is A fresh opening that dries down to a smooth vanilla skipping the mid notes. I cannot smell any pepper. Le Parfum is fresh but then it goes into a leather and iris mid for a while and then it become s beautiful soft vanilla with a bit of the top freshness from the maninka fruit. I compared them side by side and it´s very redundant to own both. I would say Elixir is more refined and i would buy it if i didn´t have Le parfum

Solid 8 out of 10 for me it's a sweet and fruity scent. I definitely think theres a hint of vanilla in there somewhere I love it. Brilliant release and performance is good. Its pricey though but that goes with the elixir trend. It's only January and I think this will be up there with my favourite drops of 2024

Been waiting for this review and you delivered a masterpiece. As always giving your subscribers an informed choice to make before buying. I don’t have any others in the line so I did give it a 9.5. I only smelled the "The Scent Magnetic" in my nearest Fragrances Shop and I really liked it so I was really curious how this one will turn out. But I must say the price is way to high, I'm a student and the price is just a lot too high. But I hope that I'll like this Scent .

I would give it an 8.5-9/10 because I really love the smell of Vanilla, but I must say I haven't smelt many "luxurious" fragrances so my opinion is based on classic designer perfumes@@rottenrebels

Sounds very promising! I'm waiting for this to be released in the UK. It definitely cements a return to form for Hugo Boss and builds on the success of The Scent Magnetic and Boss Bottled Elixir.

Yup. They did a great job on Elixir, the scent magnetic and the line. I hope they continue upping the quality and the performance as well. Finally a HB fragrance that actually performs well 😆 Would love to hear your thoughts on it if you try it out 🙏🙏🙏

Have not tried this. Cool! Btw, I just tried Beso Negro from my stash of decants. Wow! This scent is so office safe and any occasion. It is fresh aromatic with amazing creamy sandalwood, very good leather, a touch of citrus and some soft green note. A cucumber-like scent seems to come forward. It feels like tropical mountain air with thick trees nearby. It gets a very slight touch of sweet. I do get a bit of Ombre Leather feel. Decant #2 I tried Montabaco. Wow! It is a very complex profile and is sooo pleasant. There is a nice and very subtle orange note along with so many nature notes including mountain air. Tobacco leaf is subtle and in the background. Decant #3 I tried hermann a mes cotes me paraissait une ombre. I get sooo much character from rose but not fem leaning at all, earth notes, black currant gives a slight fruit touch. This is also a major win with me. Another strong decant I got was Wolf. This definitely elicits a wolf feel because I detect a lot of forest like notes but the notes are very fresh and nice. There is a little unique spice to it. It is not Spicebomb or Tobacco Vanille kind of spice. It is hard to explain Wolf because there is so much going on. I think it hits several scent sectors like floral, spice, woods.
