Thanks for the question and the compliment. As a caution be sure you’re on a track for this. Bring vehicle to a complete stop, press traction control twice, a message will pop up on the dash, use the center button on the right side of the steering wheel to confirm, straighten the steering wheel, press the brake pedal to the floor with your left foot, and then press the accelerator to the floor with your right foot, then release the brake pedal and off you go! Thanks for watching!

Is there a way to program FM in HD mode? Like FM HD 1 or 2? some FM channels have HD mode instead of using AM radio. Great informative video!!! Thanks

How do you turn on the lights when you walk up to it the hummer lights up and when you walk away it turns off?
@TwoGuysandaRide2 ай бұрын
Thanks for the question. To the best of my understanding not all hummers have the approach lights feature, so you just may not have it. All the owners manual says to do if they are deactivated, is to press the unlock button on the remote to re activate them. Thanks for watching!

How do you get your phone calls and text messages to show up on the screen if youre using google maps but have Apple CarPlay connected via as well?
@TwoGuysandaRideАй бұрын
I would check your iPhone settings to be sure Siri is set to announce messages. To do that go into your phones settings, scroll down and click on notifications,scroll down to “Announce Notifications “ and click on it. Then scroll down until you see Carplay, click on it and be sure that “Announce Messages “ is turned on then click on “announce new messages” as well. Once that is set, it should announce your text messages and give you an opportunity to respond, no matter what other app you’re using. As far as phone calls go, it should show you you have a phone call without any adjustments, and should pop up on your screen regardless of the app you are currently in. Hope that helps and thanks for watching!

Did you say there is a charge to use the built-in google maps after a period of time? If so, where do you find subscription fees? Any difference in maps on android auto vs built-in, in terms of finding charging stations, etc?
@TwoGuysandaRide20 күн бұрын
Yes there is after the trial period lapses. Not only do you lose the built in google maps but you also lose Voice Command and the Google Play Store. Onstar is where you will find the packages and pricing available for your vehicle. Is there a difference between built in google maps and Google maps on android auto-yes. The built in version will know for certain the amount of charge your vehicle has , Google maps on android auto will estimate that figure. However Android auto can be switched from gas to electric cars and will then suggest charging stations for you on your route. You can also filter by plug in type etc and get real time info on what types of chargers there are, the fee, whether or not it’s available etc. These features are not all available on google maps for iPhones.
