Hi. I am sponsoring my grandmother and her brother. I just have a few questions because I’m not sure how to fill it: 1) Her brother has 4 children, would his dependents be the wife and the 4 children? How many are the total number of dependents, is it 5 including the wife? - Part 2. Beneficiary Financial Information/ Income 2) I put September 1 for intended date of arrival in the DS-160. And the end date is 1-month. But the earliest interview date we could get is on September 12. How do I fill up “Part 2 of Beneficiary Anticipated Length of Stay” in the I-134? Is it ok not to match? 3) I am sponsoring and inviting both of them at the same time for the first time. I have not submitted the I-134 before. Should I check “No” on the question that asks “if I have previously submitted form I-134”? I hope to hear from you the soonest. I am waiting to finish this so I can mail my documents to the Philippines. Thank you 🙏

Hi who do we send this form to? Or the beneficiary takes it to the interview with her? And, I was unable to edit few fields like "employed as", "employer name", "total income (Q. 14)", and "total assets (Q. 17)". Should I enter the value manually after printing? or leave them blank?

Yes. Beneficiary takes it to interview with all required documents. You cam enter them manually

I'm curious in part 3 number 21 with the statement of intent to provide for the Beneficiary: I am the petitioner for my fiance, but i will be having my father as a joint sponsor, as I don't make enough income, and I current;y live in my father's house as well. Is it incorrect for me to also put "I will provide everything for him" because technically we both will be living in my FATHER'S house, as well as my FATHER'S income being the one helping to support more in their eyes, since he makes enough income? Thanks :)

Hi, thank you for this video! My Fiancé will have his interview at the U.S. Consulate in Morocco very soon. I live in the United States. I am doing a Joint Sponsorship form with my Stepfather for him. My Fiancé is also planning to bring some money with him to the United States. Should he do a 3rd Affidavit of support for himself as well indicating that he will be bringing money as well? We would like to provide all of the evidence of support that we can for our case. He has provided all of his financials, but does not want to put his full income amount in item #14 on page 6. He wants to put $0.00 there and to indicate that he will be only contributing $12,000 in another section. He does not want to be liable for anything more than that. Is this okay if he is a joint sponsor? Also, my income from last year was only $15,000, but I just received a new job for $45,760. I will put that full amount in item #14 on page 6, but I only have an offer letter which I can provide as evidence. My job is starting on Monday. I don’t have any W-2 yet for this job. My past income is why we need my stepfather as a Joint Sponsor. I also can’t really show my bank statements because I don’t have any extra savings in there. Or do you think that I need a Joint Sponsor? Do you think that my new Job offer is enough even if my past W-2 was only $15,000? Thank you very much for any help you can provide! 🙏🙏

hi im the petitioner filling out the i134. on the beneficiary income part theres a number of dependent question. do i put 1 on her dependent if she has 1 child even if the child is not coming with her and would come later? thanks

Hi guys! Just got out KTP letter! on the website it now says READY! Does anyone know what is the minimum amount of money required in the assets area on the Declaration of Finacial Support Form I-134? is 3-4k usd sufficient enough? my case is moving along soo very fast and now i dont know if ill be able to have saved more then a total of around 3-5k by the time of the interview , im kind of stressed about it lol
