@@p.s.csdeaky8530 Basically BMI shouldn't be used to calculate an individual person's weight (despite us being told to do it) as it doesn't account for muscle mass. What that means is by BMI's calculations a fit, thin Olympic sprinter would be considered overweight and sometimes obese because they have more muscle density from working out so much, even though they're not actually overweight. (Hope that makes sense)

@@emptymasks Yes, BMI fails on those special cases. Thing is: how many obese people do you see on the appointments that are Olympic sprinters? Not many. Meaning: for the regular population, BMI works reasonably well and it's very easy to calculate.

Also the New Jersey accent reminded me of a high school friend of mine, she has an eastern us accent, i when I first got to know her I was think she was from Jersey or New York, nope!
