Hello. If you're not living or did not live in Dubai and you're working or you worked remotely, you don't need a police report. But if you did or you're presently living in Dubai, you will need a police report.

This is the rule of thumb You must get a Police report 'from each country or territory where the individuals has lived for six or more months in a row since the age of 18'.

To be honest I actually don't know anything about Nova Scotia PNP. So I don't feel I am the best person to walk through the application process. What I will say though is you check online (IG, telegram or Facebook etc) to see if there are Nova Scotia groups or content creators in Nova Scotia. They would able to guide you better.
