Thanks for the trip back in time. Every bike tool in my toolbox has the Park brand name. When I can no longer use them or ride then my sons will have them, then hopefully my grandsons. Park Tool has made countless videos that help me in my bike repair endeavors. For me it's a way to say thank you for the help and in return you have my loyalty.

The repair videos are awesome. Please keep them coming. Love my park tools stuff. If funny you guys mention during covid your disposable gloved disappeared. Alot of companies had that same problem. During the stupid covid times the state shop I work for we always had disposable gloves. Guess we were lucky to always have a supply during those times.

Having used the new double ended barb in the IR-1.3 a couple times now, I wonder if it would be improved by having one of the sides be reverse threaded. As it is, you end up on the second connecting hose having to spin around the whole hose (and perhaps even attached caliper) to connect rather than spinning just the barb.

The Rockshox Reverb Stealth Barb Connector is exactly that. It was made for hydraulic hose but I use it on shift housing, brake housing, or hydraulic hose all the same.

that dual-ended adapter could lowkey remove the need for the entire kit in many cases. I'll take 2.

I was hoping Park came up with a fitting to pull a shifter or brake cable internally through the frame..It could be a clamp type end..bummer

We have looked into this but did not find it logical to put in the kit. A collet is best way to clamp the cable to pull it but a collet that small is difficult and costly to make.

Really cool stuff. My oldest Park Tool's are a crank puller from '98 and mobile PCS-1 workstand from 2000 both still going strong! 🚵‍♂️
