I was just at H&M yesterday. I saw many of the same things you saw. I also tend to stay in there too long (I bought that blue printed blouse you showed us last week). I agree with many of your choices and dislikes. You really should get that second blazer, it looked terrific on you. I liked the brown bucket pants on you. I didn't buy anything yesterday either, but I may go back either tomorrow or Friday. I also went to Old Navy, not sure you have one of those where you are. I am from the Boston, MA (USA) suburbs. It is still a bit cold here in the North, but the sun is out in the South. Florida is having a bit of rain today.

My youngest boy got chicken pox as a baby and at 7 kept saying all one side of his thigh and back hurt two days later came the rash and oh gosh he was so upset with the pain he seemed really run down after so I gave him sambucol it boosts your immune system ..we all take it now since defo seems to help ..maybe worth a try for you 😘

Shingles is more common than people realise. It's seen as an elderly persons disease but my son had them at 7 and my friend ( who is 40) is currently being treated for them.

Oh yeah it does take ages :( it's a horrible thing to have and hubby still suffers now with weird pain that makes him jump But also lost his nerve feeling thing there weird I know as I had said further up hubby lost nerve feeling but can still feel this pain stabbing thing every so often that make him jolt right up But if he touched there or I dug him there he wouldn't feel it Horrible !

My god I just listened to the rest of what doctor said and I would of got some meds . My hubby did he was awful with shingles and they gave him meds the day the rash came out of the day after I can't rember now but yeah if u had shingles and you not been mega ill u been lucky then :)

Debbie Gillie If she had shingles then she must have had a very minor case. Shingles is horrible. I was down for many weeks and it wasn’t just a rash...it was full on painful blisters that then had to drain and then had to go through the oozing stage and slowly dried up but took many weeks. I definitely wouldn’t be wearing those tight pants she has on right now having shingles just a week ago. I couldn’t even handle a very light weight pajama to touch the blisters for weeks.

Yeah I know my hubby had it and omg they said he was lucky and could of died from it ! And have him meds but think the meds were too late as the rash was so bad etc he was well ill with it :( . Yeah there All diff cases of it minor to severe probably ! And to have shingles as a adult omg horrible :( ya very sick with it usually I just know from past experience with the hubby as that had freaked us right out :( . The rash isn't v nice I can't explain and it's v wide thick rash and itlooks like purpley bruises under the skin all together and like in a massive thick band across the side / back I can't explain . And like dotty but more purpley reddy ! And it isn't like a measles or nowt where u have big spots everywhere I can't explain but it's an ugly rash and it not like a allergic reaction hive rash either !!!! It's nasty !

It’s such a shame that H&M put the security tags in the wrong places on clothes, not steaming the clothes so they look so creased, all the sizes seem odd, and only allowing 7 items in the changing room. No wonder the UK high street is struggling to survive.

Hi Hun Did you have the rash that comes with shingles . The doctor passed hubby's offas a really bad cold ! Then a few days later this rash come out straight around his back and half way round his tummy ! He went back and saw another doctor and he had said any longer and no meds to treat you could of died as by that time it wasn't a cold he was full in ill with shingles it was scarey for us to of gone through that and they have him meds and a few meds . Now this was what ten year ago now maybe a little more and his side plays him up he gets weird stabbing there but his got nerve damage there where the rash was that its killed the nerves and can't feel anything there but then he get this odd twitching stabbing there like a few times a year horrible!!!! And that's prob because he didn't get meds quick enough !!! Shringles can do that kill the nerves . I'm going to watch your video now Hun shingles for an adult is terrible u get really ill :(

Debbie Gillie gosh that sounds awful. I got such mixed advice from the doctors, so frustrating. Yes I had/have a rash too but it’s not loads of spots, just a few. But the pain has been awful and is still there but not as bad. Just praying no long term damage ❤️
