Apologies if you've already tried this but I saw on TikTok, makeup artists have been recommending putting setting spray on before foundation to help it last throughout the day since makeup gets broken down from the inside out. Could be really helpful for helping to extend the life of your foundation for the day!

Gayle's BeautyCorner it’s called dermatillomania, it’s a body focused repetitive disorder and is classed as a form of OCD. Researchers aren’t clear on what triggers it but there are help groups out there. I’ve found (this is only personally as I know everyone is different) that getting acrylics stops me from picking as my nails aren’t then sharp enough for me to get a good enough grip x
